CFS management using mindfulness and CBT

Course Overview

Chronic fatigue is more than just feeling tired. People with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), also known as Myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME), can experience debilitating fatigue and flu-like symptoms after exercise or mental effort.
